I cant make a clear windows installation again and i am trying to solve it every single day without any success.

I escalated this in the past and after failed attempts to fix it i made clear windows 10 installation that actually helped and my camera was fine again(it worked before moving to windows 10 of course as well) Suddenly week or two weeks ago or sth ther was an update in windows that caused this bloody problems again. Simply no drivers and its unrecognized in the system as shown in the pictures below. When i moved to windows 10 few months back, my camera stopped working.
